Patulin in Apple Juice & Apple Puree LC-MS/MS ANALYSIS KIT

Patulin is a mycotoxin mainly found in apples and apple products, and has become one of the most important quality criteria for apple juice.

Maximum permitted concentration has been set for Patulin at 50 µg/L (ppb) in foodstuffs by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Jasem® method provides analysis of patulin in apple juice without sample preparation.
