1. Information Text

Pursuant to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a commercial electronic message refers to messages containing data, audio, or visual content sent electronically for commercial purposes via means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic calling machines, intelligent voice recording systems, email, or short message services. Commercial electronic messages may only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. This consent may be obtained in writing, through any form of electronic communication, or via the Message Management System (“MMS”).

Recipients may, at any time and without providing any justification, refuse to receive commercial electronic messages and may withdraw their consent. Therefore, even if you have granted consent to receive such messages, you may opt out at any time without providing any justification by clicking the link provided in the message or via the MMS.

Within this scope, our Company presents this informational text to you regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages for the purposes of informing you about our Company, its activities, products, services, advertising, promotions, and commercial operations; celebrations; company events; and for marketing and communication activities. Commercial electronic messages will be sent to you only if you give your explicit consent.

In accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, I acknowledge that I have been duly informed, that I have read and understood this information form, and that the declaration I provide below is valid. I hereby give my explicit consent—having been informed that I may withdraw it at any time without providing any reason—for Altium International Lab. Cih. A.Ş. and/or third parties acting on its behalf under confidentiality obligations to send me commercial electronic messages and other communications via email, SMS/text message, push notifications, social media and other online advertising networks, automated calling systems, computers, phones, fax, email, Bluetooth and other wireless networks, and other electronic communication tools, for the purposes of promoting and marketing any of its products or services, providing information about company events, celebrations, and well wishes, and establishing communication with me in compliance with the applicable laws.
