Sample Preparation

Step 1Pipet 200 μL of serum sample into a glass centrifuge tube

Step 2Add 100 μL of Reagent-1, vortex for 5 seconds.

Step 3Add 25 μL of internal standard solution and additionally vortex for 5 seconds.

Step 4Add 975 μL of Reagent-2 and vortex for 15 seconds. Then, centrifuge at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes

Step 5Decant the supernatant into a HPLC vial prior to LC-MS/MS analysis.
