Sample Preparation

For Apple Juice

  • Step 1
    Pipet 1 ml of clear or cloudy apple juice into a glass centrifuge tube
  • Step 2
    Add 3ml of Reagent-1, vortex for 5 seconds
  • Step 3
    Filter mixture from 0.45 µm RC filter, Directly inject into the system.

Sample Preparation

For Apple Puree

  • Step 1
    Weigh 1 g of apple puree into a 50 ml falcon
  • Step 2
    Add 4ml of Reagent-1, vortex for 15 seconds
  • Step 3
    Filter mixture from 0.45 µm RC filter, Directly inject into the system.
